I honestly prefer this spot over Starbucks or Dutch Bros. It has such a unique vibe, with two floors that mix together in a really cool way. I’ve never tried this shop before, but it immediately stood out. The staff was super sweet and welcoming, and the whole place felt alive and clean.

I got coffee to-go at the Redding location on a road trip, and stopped in at the Mt. Shasta location after a hike, because I was just so impressed! I ordered 2 small bags for my office and did a taste test with the main coffee connoisseurs ;) 100% approved, so I ordered a couple of 5lbs bags for work.

We were in Redding visiting a friend and searched for “pour-over coffee,” which led us to Theory. They not only craft an excellent cup of coffee, but they also roast their own beans. We’ve since purchased and finished two 5-pound bags of their Ethiopian beans and just ordered a third.

I ordered a latte and a pour-over, both of which were exceptional—perfectly brewed and full of flavor. I also picked up a bag of their coffee beans and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary cup of drip coffee with my purchase. Highly recommend stopping by for top-notch coffee and a welcoming atmosphere!"
