This is hands down my favorite roaster to date. The coffee is excellent at Evergreen. Eric and his staff are so friendly and create such a welcoming vibe in their shop. I can't reccomend their food, coffee and atmosphere enough!
Feast has firmly established itself as a pinnacle of coffee excellence in my books, especially when it comes to their flat white. Each visit reaffirms my belief that they serve what is, without a doubt, one of my favorite cups of coffee across the entire United States.
The shop is small and cute. The owner is very friendly and can recommend or make off menu drinks that are really special and delicious. The owner also roasts and makes his own chocolate, available as bars or to be used in drinks.
I've gone through a few bags of Feast in the past month or so and holy smokes, they're roasting some of the most delicious coffee on Human Earth. Thanks for making such delicious and sip-able beans, Feast Crew!
