Traveling through springfield, we found this gem of a coffee/breakfast place. The shop has a modern vibe, the staff were informative and friendly, and the food/coffee was wonderful! We got the avocado toast (perfection), seasonal salad (so good), cortado and the banana foster latte (amazing)!
This is going to be my go-to coffee shop when I am in Springfield. I ordered the Ethiopian pour over which was really good and the Citrus & Fig Aerocano from the fall menu which was one of the best specialty drinks I've had in a long time. It was super velvety and such a great pairing of flavors!
The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. The pour over coffee was spot on—rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. I also really enjoyed the food; everything tasted fresh and satisfying.
What a great vibe here! Made me say, “maybe Springfield is more progressive than I thought”🩵 Staff are super friendly and will chat it up if you are so inclined. Cherry Brûlée latte is yum! Daily batch coffee, also good. I did give one less star because husband ordered a large which (come to find out) is only 12oz.
