We went to Echelon Coffee in Springfield, MO, and it instantly became my favorite coffee shops. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—warm, inviting, and so peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly, the kind of genuine kindness that makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door.
Coffee is personal. I have my favorite coffee drink, made at my favorite coffee shop; actually, the world’s best coffee (subjective opinion). Getting comparable coffee, of that quality while traveling is likely not going to happen. But I still like to try the local businesses.
Excellent coffee and sweet rolls. Espresso coffee drinks tailored to your exact specifications. Friendly easy going service with a smile. The Barista here is very nice and friendly. Sometimes in some shops the help seems standoffish, not here. In fact all the staff is very friendly.
Absolute legit coffee shop, got so lucky I was staying at a nearby hotel for one night and ventured out in the morning for some real coffee. This place did not disappoint.
