Caffeine is not a good way to regulate your heart rate. Having driven by Regulator Roasting Company a million times since they opened, it was only natural for them to expand over to the other side of the building when the space came open.
This is by far the best coffee roastery in central IL, potentially the best in IL period. I’m pretty picky when it comes to bean quality due to the sensitivity of my espresso machine. The owner is clearly passionate about the quality of the coffee that they roast.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. This was are first time in and we were so happy we stopped in. Paige sp? was so helpful, quick, kind, and knowledgeable. The coffee was delicious and fairly priced. Plus they have Carl's donuts. The atmosphere is friendly and my daughter loved the bean bags.
East peoria's hidden gem, Love this place! They make coffee a personal experience. Whether it's sara greeting me by name or face stepping out of the back to help me pick from the brews of the day, it's like the Cheers of coffee shops.
