Intuition Coffee + Juice

Food: Yes yes yes. Had a cappuccino and an espresso. Cap was fantastic. Worthy of the 5 stars in food category. Espresso was good. Not quite as smooth as I prefer in a shot, but that’s a personal preference I think. They roast their own beans, and know how to treat them.

This review is for their coffee beans. I buy their whole bean coffee from the co-op in Urbana and it is consistently amazing. Highly recommend picking up a bag if you have the chance.

I’ve been to coffee places all over the USA and Canada, and honestly this is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. They roast their own beans and the quality is top notch. My favorite drinks are any of the pour overs or a regular latte. I’m sure the sweet drinks are great too but not really my thing.

I recently had to travel to Peoria a few times over the last month for work. Each time, I stopped at Intuition thanks to a recommendation from a colleague. The service is excellent - the staff helpful and warm. Their food is excellent (had their toasts, fresh cold pressed juices, coffee, and baked goods).
