CxT Roasting Company - Apollo

Tristan brews a great cop of coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur (snob) the Mexican brew was very smooth, rich and creamy, no bitterness and quite tasty. My wife had a latte which was spectacular as well. The decor is pretty trendy. Nice and clean.

Great little find right downtown across from the Caterpillar building. They roast their own coffee and you can tell based on how good the coffee is. As I left the barista said "I hope it tastes better than it looks.". Looked pretty good to me and tasted even better! I'll definitely be back, very reasonable prices too.

Huge coffee Connoisseur and have been to every coffee shop in this area and when I travel frequently I go to lots of others and I honestly have to say that CXT has the BEST coffee I’ve ever had and extremely grateful that it’s tight here my home town!

Excellent coffee with a broad spectrum of flavors. No signature drinks, but excellent choice of flavors and strong brew. Even threw in an extra shot of espresso for free. Nathan was highly knowledgeable about the product and super friendly and I really appreciate the time he took to have a good conversation with us.
