GIGIS COFFEE ROASTERS

In an area where the coffee shops are McDonald's and 7-Elevens, Gigi's Coffee Roaster is a breathe of fresh air. First opened inside and old liquor store on the United States of America's 249th birthday, Gigi's is one of the only independent coffee shops East of the River. Park out front or along the street.

I recently visited Gigi's Coffee Roasters and had an absolutely fantastic experience. I tried their cold brew with oat milk, and it was superb! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

A special, and unique spot. Was just passing by and stopped to get a cold coffee and knock out some work for DC HOSA Future Health Professionals. The Cocohesion was a refreshing coconut water, coffee, and sweet microfoam.

I was in Seat Pleasant celebrating the opening of a new primary care center (CloseKnit) and needed a good coffee to kickstart my day. After not finding many options in town, I drove about five minutes down the road and stumbled upon GiGi’s—and I’m so glad I did!
