What a friendly and safe place! Needing a place for breakfast and get some worm done, I walked just over the D.C.-Maryland border to this Ethiopian cafe and roastery. A couple took my order with a smile. They were very kind. My vanilla latte was great! They roast the beans in house.

I have been coming here for their House Blend (best roast in Downtown Silver Spring — the flavors are everything) for some time now. I just happened upon it on a long walk once & decided to check it out. Ever since then I ALWAYS look forward to Adulis as a treat (as it’s the furthest walk I do). HOWEVER!!!
