Came in on opening day at this Colesville location and was immediately struck by the aroma of roasting coffee--very welcome on a cold day. Doug takes coffee very seriously and you'll be treated to a great cup of coffee if you swing by here.
Long overdue review… I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Celtic Cup Coffee Roasting back in January. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this is not just a coffee shop - it’s a true craft roastery built on passion, precision, and deep knowledge of the bean.
Artisanal coffee shop that focuses on the quality of coffee rather than having a crazy long menu. So don’t expect to order your macchiato or lattes here. Also don’t expect to see baked goods/pastries. This place is where you go to experience authentic, no-frills brewed (or poured over) coffee and espresso.
Interesting concept. The very first thing I asked for a “cortado” but this place has no milk at all. It’s is strictly a coffee roaster place. So not a traditional coffee shop. I tried a flight of espresso and learned a lot about the roasting levels (light, medium and dark).
