Taste :4.4/5 Environment: 4.7/5 Service:4.3/5 Verve Coffee & Roasters in the Arts District: where caffeine meets creativity and high ceilings inspire higher productivity. It's the kind of place where you can sip on hand-roasted, direct trade coffee while pretending to work on your screenplay.

When I walked in here I was completely floored. The space is so well designed and is so calming. Loved the simple and minimal decor. The coffee itself was fabulous. We tried both the house blend and the single origin Ethiopian. My preference was the house blend. The avocado on toast was also brilliant.
