What customers say
My Dad and I stopped in for breakfast during the holiday season and had an enjoyable morning before heading back on the road towards the Quad Cities. The coffee was hot and piping which I enjoyed! The breakfast was tasty and just the right portion.
Great coffee! Someone new was training the last time we were in and my order was wrong but they immediately remedied that once notified. Great customer service! But, seriously, the coffee is on-point! Not overly roasted, not too acidic. Just perfectly balanced. They have a special blend that is served at Aposto.
We were driving through Des Moines and were searching for a coffee shop - Zanzibar's stood out as a great place to try and we were so glad we stopped here!! Incredible mocha breve and sweet cream coffee - my only regret is that I didn't order multiples!!
This is the most laid back coffee shop, and with good reason. When I walked in, I could feel that, at a minimum, I wouldn't have to worry about having bad coffee today.
