These shops are definitely the best independently owned ones in the state. They roast their own beans and have the best tasting specialty drinks. Definitely check them out if you're a coffee lover!! They also have a great selection of loose leaf teas and cofee/tea accessories.
Love everything about Friedrich’s! We get prepared coffee as well as roasted beans when we go. Staff is always very friendly and delightful to talk to.
I can't believe they are asking me to rate my favorite coffee shop that I have been visiting for 30 years. They have drink specials every month, and the Aztec Mocha is unbelievable with Mexican chocolate. Their espresso beans are the best Des Moines has to offer.
