True Stone Coffee Roasters (Roasterie + Training Lab)

I took a class of first year college students here as part of a class that explores coffee and ethical consumption. The staff and owner were EXCELLENT hosts. I've long loved True Stone coffee and it was a real pleasure to get a chance to do a cupping with the pros and see the operation in action.

Just Finished breakfast at Hope Breakfast bar in Chanhassen. I ordered the house coffee and was amazed. I usually add cream because most coffees are acidic. Not this morning. This medium roast is smooth and I drank the entire Stanley thermos. I'll be ordering online today. God bless you and your business.

I went to True Stone Coffee Roasters new coffee shop with a couple friends and wow. The best coffee I’ve had in a LONG time, and amazing service! It’s also super cozy and adorable inside, and has the cutest window seats you can sit on while drinking your coffee! Definitely my new favorite coffee shop!
