Thump is an exceptional coffee shop in terms of espresso execution as well as roasting quality—I tried the beans at home, and they were the best flavor I'd had in quite some time. It's comparable to Cat & Cloud in Santa Cruz or other world renowned shops.
I mostly give 4 & 5 star reviews, but this place deserves the highest praise. Excellent coffee: perfect espresso, perfect drip, excellent steam and foam. Excellent Pastry & Snacks: I had their breakfast sandwich, multiple pastries, cookies, and muffins… I could not find a less than great thing.
Love this place! Coffee is excellent, pastries are divine, and the staff is welcoming. My husband and I had an oatmilk cappuccino and a cold brew and bought beans. Loved the beans so much we came back for more.
Nice quaint, warm environment in the heart of downtown Bend. My wife and I walked in to be pleasantly greeted by staff. I went with their house coffee and blueberry scone. My wife went there almond croissant and a cafe latte. All were delivered with a pretty presentation.
