Backporch Coffee Roasters - Downtown

These guys roast the best beans in Bend. Awesome attentive service. Smiles around even behind the masks. Great downtown location. Try the lavender honey latte! The mocha is amazing. Grab a cup of drip or an Americano. They have delicious treats for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. The interior decorating is rad.

Some mornings just stick with you. I walked into Backporch Coffee Roasters craving something different, and left genuinely impressed. The vibe here is modern and minimal — clean lines, local art on the walls, airy space that feels both calm and alive.

Very friendly atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a fire-pit lit while i was there which was very inviting and a must on a cold Oregon morning. I ordered the turmeric latte and asked them to add espresso. This was an amazing drink. I had not had any breakfast and was hungry.

Staff was friendly. Pastry was pretty good. Seems like they bring them in from somewhere else, but good. The espresso is really good if you like the artisan light roast thing.
