The Roastery by Ava

The Roastery is an addition to downtown Tigard that was much needed!! The drinks are truly amazing and they have delicious snacks! They are clearly made by people who know what they’re doing. The vibe is exactly what you want for a late-night spot: relaxed, welcoming, and fun!! The service really sets this place apart.

We had a group of 7 who met for drinks and some shared plates of food. The space is beautifully decorated, the servers were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the drinks were fantastic. I got the "classic" espresso martini and the "Cold-Fashioned" and both were exceptional.

What a great addition to downtown Tigard! We stopped by for a drink after having dinner at Cooper Mountain. I'd never had an espresso martini before, so Nathan our bartender walked us through all of the menu options. The drinks were great, and I'm excited to come back and try the food!
