The Kaffeeklatsch

This is an amazing establishment for coffee enthusiasts. They have an antique roaster onsite and process their own beans. They have a small offering of drip coffee to buy, but the core of their business is beans. The store smells heavenly and they were well staffed when I visited one Friday morning.

They have a 1927 Roaster that has been used daily since 1977! If that doesn't make you want to come down and buy a pound of coffee, I don't know what will! :). The service was great (Hi Katie!) And the roaster answered all my questions about that cool antique that was making the whole block smell so good.

I was new to this area, so I didn’t know much about them. I visited to grab a cup of coffee and was pleasantly surprised once I got to know more about them and saw them grinding all those coffee beans! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

awesome place! the staff really knows their stuff. they were able to give great suggestions for my husband and i’s specific coffee needs. their pricing is also very reasonable, as some other roasters charge $30 a pound! we walked out with two pounds under $40. and once we brewed it up at home we were sold!
