I’m very excited to report one of the best premier java spots in the East Coast and all of Huntsville, Alabama ~ Honest Coffee Roasters, where the baristas craft their finest espresso, lattes, coffee, and cappuccino to your perfect taste buds.

Stopped by Honest Coffee Roasters on Clinton Avenue and found it to be a calm, inviting break from the busy street just outside. The atmosphere is subtly lit with light, unobtrusive music playing in the background, creating a comfortable space that feels relaxed but focused.

We tried Honest Coffee for the first time this morning and loved the experience. Honest is a cozy, little coffee shop in the heart of downtown Huntsville. We ordered a large drip coffee, a medium roast with origins in Guatemala and Colombia, and a Bootlegger latte with a house made bourbon salted caramel sauce.

Stopped by Honest Coffee Roasters for a cortado and breakfast biscuit sandwich. Sandwich was tasty, if a bit dry, and the cortado was decent albeit slightly under-extracted. Service was friendly and quick, even when busy. Atmosphere is inviting with plenty of natural light, creating a vibrant local vibe.
