Subjective Coffee

Taste is subjective. It was early in the morning and we all needed some caffeine to start our long weekend of shenanigans in Colorado, plus we needed somewhere to eat our Big Mama’s Burritos. Sammy drove us here since it wasn’t too far away and she likes their italian soda.

I came here with every intention of getting some reading done, but I can't lie, I was distracted by everything. There was one barista and he had a line almost out the door. While he was super kind and attentive, the wait time for each person was a bit excessive.

WOW! What a cool special gem in a cool part of town. I was looking for a place to hunker down, work remote, and be immersed in a cool atmosphere. This place is retro, fun, and the staff are super helpful! The barista (he was an ex wrestler) helped us decide and surprised us with great lattes- matcha strawberry!

I stopped in on a whim (around 11am) - I live nearby and wanted to try something new. Thankful the place was a bit empty so no wait time! I only ordered coffee so I can't comment on the food itself. But the coffee was Amazing! I usually make my coffee at home and don't usually go to coffee places.
