I recently visited Story and Soil and had a great experience. The interior is super cool, with a trendy, artsy vibe that makes it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The outdoor seating is also a great option when the weather is nice! I tried the espresso tonic, and it was incredible!
Tasty libations in a cozy and spunky space. A local Hartfordian took me to Story and Soil and talked the shop up quite a bit before our arrival. Thankfully, the shop didn’t let his high praises down. They boast several local coffee beans to choose from along with multiple brewing options and a small menu of food items.
Lovely staff! I was there on a weekend morning, so the place was a tad busy at times, but the baristas were nevertheless friendly, patient with my questions on the way they typically make the drinks, and very obliging with any desired adjustments.
