A top roaster in Southern California, Steady State is one of my regular spots. The experience and coffee is consistently excellent, and their coffee is often what I'm grinding and drinking at home too. The current cafe space offers indoor and outdoor seating.
This morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee, with my wife, at Steady State Roasting. The first thing I noticed was the open and airy atmosphere. The hanging plants only added to the ambiance. My wife delightfully sipped from a latte, while I had a house coffee. The house coffee was uniquely flavored, a bit bitter.
We’ve been enjoying this coffee shop for years now, and it’s our absolute favorite! The coffee is amazing, and the service and ambience is great. We buy our beans here and make sure to use our phone number to get points for free drinks. The bag of beans we keep coming back to is called “space traveler”.
Pour over cup of coffee was pretty tasteful and accompanying oatmeal raisan cookie was good. Fairly high priced though. Pleasant eclectic beachy atmosphere clean and neat. Usually busy with parking sometimes a challenge. Definitely worth checking out.
