Interim Coffee

I love coffee. As a hobby, I try to make Coffee Maps when I travel. I've had 100s of coffees around California and Europe. Interim has the best cappucino I've ever gotten in California. The owner is crazy knowledgeable about his beans, from sourcing to roasting to extracting.

Best coffee ever! Smooth, non-bitter or overly sweet lattes where you taste the espresso. Ray is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, John is a grouch. He's a bit hostile and arrogant. It makes for an unpleasant experience so I avoided the place when I know he's working (early am Tues/Wed).

Had a latte in a handmade mug. Nice staff and decent coffee. I'm not the biggest fan of Ethiopian origin beans- the bright floral/berry flavors just aren't my jam generally - but it was well roasted and extracted that I still enjoyed the cup.

This place is the vibe! Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had and prettiest too! I’m not a coffee drinker but impressed my husband enough to buy some beans for home!
