As a seasoned coffee roaster, I have encountered countless variations of coffee, each with its own distinct qualities. However, the Ethiopian coffee at Rose Park Roasters stands out as a remarkable experience that genuinely impressed me. The aroma was sweet and almost like a symphony to my senses.
I have been here three times for coffee. I drink black coffee, usually drip or pour over. I am always on the lookout for a good light roast coffee, usually an Ethiopian. I have had the Ugandan, Ethiopian, and Kenyan here and all were very good. I also enjoy finding great pastry shops when I travel.
Rose Park Roasters is a local coffee shop that resides in the city of Long Beach. They craft creative flavors as well as doing coffee and tea flights. Which helps to try a variety of their styles, which they have a multitude of. They also cater to a very vegan/vegetarian friendly clientele.
Good scones, ordered the goat cheese scone and lemon/blueberry scone. Strong flat white and the dark roast coffee has a hint of floral notes. If you order in they will put your coffee in a cup and saucer. Have indoor and outdoor seating.
