Rock Canyon Coffee

My wife and I love the mountain espresso whole bean coffee we buy at wholefoods. I brew it in a mokapot 6 and once I dialed in the grind, the coffee is so smooth. For a mokapot 6: encore 8 grind 248gr water 31gr of coffee. Stop brewing short to get 80-90 gr output. Mix with 120 gr milk.

No idea how the coffee is but does not sell coffee by the cup - just an fyi not a “coffee shop”
