All I really have to gauge my love of Color Coffee Roasters is my experience with ordering from them online - but it was GREAT! I ordered the Eclipse roast, and it was FANTASTIC. Nice and dark without being acidic at all... really nice.

I visited Color Coffee Roasters a while ago during a road trip. I heard of the roaster from a coffee shop in LA and was excited to check it out. The roasting area is right inside the cafe and that is nice.
