Proving Ground Coffee Roaster & Café

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, coffee, and food. Just a short drive in across the JB bridge from StL. A fabulous coffee shop in an unassuming strip mall. We were welcomed warmly upon arriving. We ordered a pumpkin cold brew, eggs benedict, and oatmeal with pecans and granola. The cold brew was perfect.

My first time here at this restaurant. Very nice staff, friendly and kind! Clean restrooms, and an added plus! They have a baby changing table, and the owner greeted me at the counter. The food was delicious 😋 and hot! I'm impressed with my first visit! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

A lot of the setup is diy. You grab your own menu when you go in.You order, they prepare your drink and then you have to go up to the counter and grab it, grab your own utensils, grab your own water.If you want to fix your coffee, you have to go up to the counter for all of the sugar packets and whatnot.

The best coffee and breakfast on both sides of the river by far. All the staff are super friendly and the cooks are just so amazing with their cooking. Love trying the new coffees they get in weekly and their breakfast menu is simply amazing.
