Prismatic Roastets has located a new coffee cart / truck in Monmouth! The coffee is so good and the guys so approachable that lots of folks in the area seem to be happily walking over to sample their take-out coffee and scones.

Evan and crew are great, seeing a small company that cares about craft coffee in our neighborhood is great. Looking forward to trying it again.

Great people. Even greater coffee. So excited to have this within walking distance of our home. Can't wait to see their full cafe!
