Little gem in Salem. I stopped by on my way to CA but their coffee was so good! Not only amazing pour over (very cheap compared to Seattle or other metro), but also friendly staff!
If you're a coffee nerd like me, Prismatic Coffee in Salem, Oregon is a MUST stop! From the personalized welcome and outstanding service from Kyle at the front (in addition to all of the staff) to the incredible single origin espresso (I had the one from Antigua Guatemala), the entire experience was phenomenal!
Great coffee shop. Kind of a hidden gem. The employees know beans and you can select different ones for your drink. We go to coffee shops every time we travel and Prismatic is top tier. We also purchase the beans to grind at home.
Geisha pour over in the picture. Banger! If you're looking for real specialty coffee, stop here. Service is awesome :)
