I was in town for a conference at the Sheraton and was pleasantly surprised to find a specialty coffee shop next door. I like to support local and especially places that do their own roasting. They have a pour over menu and things were a little busy but they didn’t mind and I didn’t mind waiting.
One of my favorite new coffee places in the country. They take coffee very seriously, and it showed. I had an espresso and a Cortado, and both were terrific. I was just passing through town on my way to Houston, and wish I lived closer so I could come here every week! One of the best decorated interiors I've seen.
Got the Mexico bean pour over and the flavors were distinct and bright. The staff was super friendly - great vibe. No warm food when I was there…coming soon. Will go again.
