For those who truly appreciate the craft of a superb cup, this is your sanctuary. Here, the coffee isn't just brewed; it's meticulously considered, from bean to sip. You can taste the dedication in every drop, a rich complexity that tells a story of careful roasting and expert preparation.
There was a very calm atmosphere there and the barista was friendly - he also helped me pick out the coffee for my pour over and then later checked in with me to see how I liked it! Unfortunately, no tables were put out, but the stool seating along the walls worked fine for me.
This is one of the best coffee shops and roasters in Portland! The owner has a passion for good coffee and is super nice, and any other staff I've interacted with have been just as warm and welcoming.
Stumbled upon this gem while visiting Portland in 2023 and have looked forward to coming back since. Went today, and I can confidently say I love love love this coffee shop!
