The drip coffee brew changes drastically as it cools. They have a medium roast, and it tastes quite bitter when it’s super hot almost like a dark roast but after 7 minutes as it cools it’s mellowed out, much more smooth and tastes more like a light roast.
My favorite coffee in town. Fantastic attention to coffee flavor and roast profiles. Appreciate they roast their own beans and offer the highest quality and flavorful espresso that I can find in my pursuits of yummy coffee in the Twin Cities. Staff is fantastic and committed to our community and neighborhood.
I love their selection of burners and incense! My favorite scents and types the Log Cabins are such a great way to watch incense burn and The loon is great, too. I had a Heartthrob Latte (splendid) and wife had a Lutsen Fog (Good) and daughter got Lady Slipper coffee which is the bomb.
The location is very big. So not the average coffee shop. The menu selection is on the smaller side in my mind but still offers everything you need. They sell a lot of stuff other than coffee. I went with the cold brew and it was okay.
