Nina Girl Coffee Company roasted and bagged my requested weight in grams to suit our taste. Dan was very informative and patient as I had limited information on the number of guest for a large open house gathering. Based on my description of our preferred flavor preferences he suggested Colombian Medium roast.

I purchased a Gaggia espresso machine and was looking for a local roaster and found Ninja Girl Coffee. I emailed the company and Daniel responded back to me My 1st order was for a sampler of the different beans. All the shots I pulled from the different roast had different flavor notes.

The best quality coffee around. The attention to detail in the roasting process can be tasted in each sip! Every time people come over they are asking what kind of coffee we have because it is so good! Any roast/flavor is worth trying. You will not be disappointed!
