“I picked out a Guatemalan roast for my espresso machine, and it is absolute perfection with some steamed whole milk.”
“We went immediately down to the co-op to buy his Ethiopian blend for our hot summer day cold brew, and I must say it's an 11 out of 10!”
“Also along the way, I developed an intolerance to caffeine and had to switch to decaf coffee.”

This is hands down the best coffee roaster in town. After moving back to Laramie from Denver, my partner and were struggling to find quality whole bean coffee. We have always enjoyed Laramie's local coffee shops for their quaint hipster vibes, but have struggled to find a roast that fulfills what my coffee pallette…
I would argue that this is the best coffee in Laramie. Motive has a great store atmosphere and aesthetic, definitely one of the better ones in town. Originally just a roastery, they recently started selling drip coffee for anyone to walk in and buy. Jeff (the owner) is a great guy to talk up while you’re in there.
The (I assume) owner was very friendly and easygoing! We chatted for a few minutes about coffee and whatnot. I picked out a Guatemalan roast for my espresso machine, and it is absolute perfection with some steamed whole milk. Thanks!
I'll admit to being a coffee snob. I got hooked as a little kid, taking sips from my father's abandoned mug of cold Folgers he'd leave on the living room coffee table. Now I'm an old man and along the way, I've had coffee from hundreds of shops and bean roasters.
