I ❤️ H+S’ coffee. Maybe it’s my time in various headquarters and service companies/battalions, but most likely it’s the excellent selection of beans and willingness to stray from ‘traditional’ roast profiles in the name of pursuing each bean’s or blend’s best flavor profiles.
I heard about H+S from a friend and ordered two coffees — The Ethiopian blend which is sweet and bright and perfect in the morning, and The Standard Espresso which is rich and dark and exactly what I want as an afternoon pick me up.
