I’d like to start off by saying that I’m a self proclaimed coffee snob. I love the exciting world of specialty coffee, it’s definitely a passion of mine. I hail from the Pacific Northwest where there is a plethora of amazing coffee.

Churchill was roasting while we were there, so we got to see, hear, smell and taste our coffee right there! We bought the Ethiopia Sidamo Natural for our espresso and are very impressed. The beans are very fresh and have a lot of flavor that comes through even in espresso.

I’m deeply impressed by Churchill’s knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm in coffee, not to mention his great personality! I grabbed 2 bags and they both taste great. I’ve tried a dozen different specialty coffee roasters in New England, and I’m confident to say the coffee here is among the best of them.

Super knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Went there to get coffee for a friend but will be coming back soon for myself!
