I live in the Finger Lakes Region of New York and we have lots of coffee roasters to choose from. But none of them compare to Carrabassett Coffee Company (in Maine!). First of all the taste of their coffee is amazing. It's smooth, no funky under taste or after taste. Second and really important is their service.
When in Maine I always drive to Kingfield and grab some Carrabassett Valley Coffee to take back to Florida. I order it online every few months but it is a must when I go home to buy in person and go say hi. They have so many flavors, regular, decaf, tea, ground, whole bean, and so much more.
Camping, to me, means no electricity so percolating coffee over the campfire is the way to go... Carrabasset coffee is the only place I know where you can get a percolator grind. When we went camping, I bought 2 pounds of Einstein blend, percolator grind and had the BEST coffee that trip!!!
I discovered Carrabassett Coffee Company several years ago, when I was looking for a Maine company that sold organic, good-tasting, dark-roast coffee. I have been buying coffee from Carrabassett Coffee Company since 2021. I have always been happy with the quality and the price.
