Best coffee roasters in Houston and surrounding area. They are fair and decent group of people. They are also very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee.
update January 2026. Unfortunately they decided to close their retail store. Only way to get their coffee is to order online or at Central Market. Still the best coffee you can get in Houston, but a real shame that they had to close their retail store. The absolute best place to buy coffee in Houston.
* not a coffee shop * bulk seller, BUT there is free samples AND the staff are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming, and know their stuff! I'm glad I dropped in. I bought a small bulk amount of a delicious dark roast (they have pages and pages of flavors) and they even had bulk Rooibos tea that wasn't listed. Yum!!
