stopped in out of curiosity for a coffee shop with a modbar, and was impressed with sapphire's friendly service, ability to talk about the individual coffees, and attention to detail in brewing. and i was pretty much blown away at the quality of the coffee.
True artisan coffee. Small batch roasts, excellent, balanced espresso, and spot on cortados. You can tell they really care about coffee. Plus friendly, knowledgable baristas (Katy and Cole rock!), a passionate owner, and a cozy neighborhood shop? Yeah, this is my new favorite coffee spot.
I stopped by Logos Coffee in SLC after seeing them regularly at my office, and I’m glad I did. Paul recommended the espresso tonic, and it did not disappoint. Super refreshing, with just the right balance of bold and bright.
Stopped in for quick coffee, Caleb knows how to put serious Cortado together! I didn’t have much time to chat, but I believe he said they roast the coffee. I never got the gitters, good sign of high quality beans. Worth every penny!
