House of Coffee Beans

First time trying this establishment under the new ownership. I am super impressed and very grateful that we have such exquisite beans right here in our very own Houston. Worth the 40 minute drive for us from Kemah. You can take my word for it or better yet, I encourage anyone to stop in and try it for yourselves.

I love coming here and getting bean refills! The staff are always spot on with recommendations and are always willing to help me pick a new bean. I've been coming here for several months and it's my go to place for coffee. They have a great variety as well, including teas.

Nice store. Nice service. Very good choice of coffees. But they are not transparent about their roasting date. When asked they give you a rough date but you don't know if you specific bag is from that batch. I had some coffee bags that were ok but just bought a new bag and it seems like older beans to me.

I love House of Coffee Beans! I’ve been getting whole beans here since 2011. Costa Rica, Guatemala Huehuetenago, and Tanzania are some of the best single origin coffees in my opinion but you can’t go wrong. Also if you like flavored coffees this might be the best place you could possibly go.
