I have been a Gillies customer for over 30 years. I am constantly sampling new coffee, but my go-to standard for a morning pour-over is Gillies Norwegian Wood Blend. It combines medium & dark roast beans. The resulting flavor is deep & sort of creamy. I purchased their fairly new offering called Bleecker St.
