Austin and Amber are the co-founders of Epiphany Coffee Company. I attended two classes they offered through the Boise Co-Op. The first was “Home Coffee Brewing 101.” The second was “Cold Brew Coffee 101.” I learned more from these 2 classes than I knew from DECADES of making coffee at home!

Austin and Amber, the owners of Epiphany are onto something great. I’ve loved coffee for years and have been a barista for over 10 years, and they are by far my favorite beans to both make at home and serve to customers. I prefer them either brewed by pour over or espresso.

Austin had a table set up in downtown Eagle for people to buy coffee. I don't remember which roast I had, but it was sooo good. I went to their website and ordered 3 different roasts. All of them are delicious and smell great too. The roast date on the bag was 2 days before they were delivered!
