Nestled in the developing community in west Boise, the Alchemist Coffee shop effortlessly combines great-tasting coffee with a cool Steampunk vibe. Each cup is brewed to perfection, delivering a perfect flavor profile without a hint of bitterness.
The modern touch. Alchemist is new, fresh, if not a little sterile, and quite the addition to the West End. Likeable self roasted coffee (I enjoyed the latte, but don't expect a high level review as I don't have a fine coffee palate), paired with a really good (and fresh) blueberry bar, made my afternoon.
Alchemist is our go to coffee shop in Boise. The atmosphere is unique with cozy couches and moody decor. The barista’s are very kind and always remember us when we come in. We love the coffee and use their beans at home in our coffee machine as well! Bold, flavorful, and smooth.
