If you’re looking for a coffee spot that feels just as good as it tastes, Ember and Bean is truly something special. ☕✨ From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t just “another café.” Jess is truly a coffee connoisseur, and together with Jon, they have such a refined, sophisticated palate.

Had to cross state lines to get my father-in-law some Spotted Cow and came across this little gem of a café. The entrance is further down than we originally thought. Just read the signs. The space inside was a bit limited, but honestly quite sufficient. There's additional seating in the hallway.

Charming little coffee spot tucked into Hudson with the friendliest service and cutest vibe! The latte was solid—maybe not my absolute favorite (I’ll admit I’m a bit too used to the big-name chain tastes)—but the pastries were perfect complements.

The sweetest little spot in Hudson. The rating is well deserved based on the employee interaction, ease of ordering and the quality of the product. I ordered an iced white chocolate pistachio mocha with oat milk which is my current obsession and it’s the best version I’ve had.
