Def a brisk coffee jaunt on Sat morning, but so worth it! When your girl Gina, reaches out and wants to join you, it's an, absolutely! :) It's one of my top 5! She had mentioned De Fer Coffee space, which has multiple shops, so I opted to choose Highline Complex, South Side where I have been before.

Truly exceptional specialty coffee spot! The owner talks about each bean, he actually knows the farms and farmers personally, because he sources the beans directly and builds long-term relationships with them. You can taste that care in the cup. We tried espresso, cortado & a pour over, everything was great!

If you are looking for a spot where you will be just as impressed by the people as you are the ☕️, this is your place. Andrew is phenomenal with his personable and educational style. We learned all about the various farms they get beans from and the processes they use for their place . Delicious lattes and Cortados!!
