We were happily surprised that their espresso was awesome! It had a fruity and salty note in the back of the palate. It was smooth and it made an great cortado. They gave us a tour of the roasterie and we had an awesome conversation with one of the roasters. They were incredibly welcoming.
A whole lotta roasting was goin on when I stopped by. Just an amazing smell and experience. It was venting outside and downtown Duluth has rarely smelled so good. Had a tasty cappuccino. High quality coffee and shop. Said thanks to the roasters as they are the folk that makes the world go round.
I loved the atmosphere! The smells of fresh coffee that filled the air was wonderful as well! Tried their butter & pumpkin zenith blend coffee. The maple latte was smooth as well.
Absolutely adorable place. It was warm, bright, and full of plants. We got two lattes: one Maple latte with oat milk and one classic latte with whole milk. I loved mine, but my husband thought the classic with whole milk was just ok.
