Great ambiance, tasty food made by passionate people is the summary of dry fly coffee company. From the amazing bread kneaded and baked on the spot, to the tasty and thoughtful takes on popular toast, and last but most importantly the unique coffee creations.
Great place right off the bike/trail in New Paltz. Shared an avocado toast (Meyer lemon puree made this the best toast I’ve had since whoever invented avocado toast) and double espresso and latte. Open and bright yet small enough to be cozy. Lots of bicyclists and runners too.
Got an avocado toast and the lemon puree is just an amazing touch, that makes it probably the best avocado toast I‘ve ever eaten. Also got a cortado and enjoyed it a lot due to the light roast! Definitely will come back if I‘m in the area!
Only light roast coffee available but have ceramic cups so it was a good compromise as I prefer dark roast for espresso. Digital work atmosphere and sound track.
