A cafe truck along the Hudson Valley Rail Trail with very creative drinks and baked goods that taste amazing! I got the black sesame mocha and it was a bit expensive (specialty drinks are about 6-8 dollars here) but the quality and uniqueness was worth the price.
Stopped here during my 1st walk across the Walkway over the Hudson. Very nice selection of coffees and espresso. I ordered one of each of the biscottis. All were delicious! Staff super friendly. (Sorry I didn’t get the name) It was a perfect ending to a beautiful walk across the Hudson River. Plenty of seating outside.

It’s just so clear to see the dedication and care that goes into the drink menu and craft of making each drink.
After a run on the Walkway over the Hudson I stopped for a coffee. The owner is very friendly and informed us they were the only mobile coffee roaster in the US. We got the zephyr, it was deliciously bright, would highly recommends.
