Cunningham Coffee Roasters

Update, August 2024: Cunningham has become my regular spot for picking up the coffee that I brew at home. Since they mostly appear to sell to local shops, I have yet to find regular hours posted for dropping in to make a purchase.

We wandered past Cunningham one day and saw that they were open and offering free samples of their coffee. All of it was delicious! And Sean, one of the owners and the roaster, was amazing sharing a ton of info about the coffee, their process, and how they are environmentally and socially conscious.

For my coffee people. Treat yourself to a real tasting here and culture. They have an awesome all electric machine that roasts the beans. 🫘 Brining Coffee back to it’s roots. Cunningham does a great job at reminding us to slow down and appreciate where things started from.

Sean is very knowledgeable about coffee and roasting. I have been all over Portland and beyond and have had difficulty finding coffee with the flavor profile that I enjoy most. Having roasted beans for around 15 years, I'm aware that flavors often change year to year from the same provider.
