The boyfriend and I were in Portland on a mini vacation and came across Coava's Public Brew Bar & Roasters during our Third Wave Coffee Tour. We learned a lot about their roasting process, from bean to bag.
WOW! I’ve had Heart, Blue Bottle, Stumptown, etc. Coava is a front runner in the world of single origin. During my visit, their special relationship with Copan, Honduras was on show. Their density separated Olvin Arturo Perez is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.
Coava Coffee Roasters is one of my absolute favorites. Their coffee is always top-notch—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. I recommend it to friends and family all the time, and everyone ends up loving it just as much as I do. If you’re looking for great quality coffee, Coava never disappoints!
